Emerald Bloom's president, Frank Gonzalez, has over 30 years of experience in the landscaping industry. WARRANTY

We are very confident in the installation we provide. For our installation projects we offer warranties.

PLANT WARRANTY

We know that taking care of a garden can be hard work. We do our best and work with great nurseries to purchase the most healthy and hardiest trees and shrubbery available. We want to give you a head start by providing you with a watering guide for your new plants, trees or evergreens. We also know that not every plant will make it no matter how great you water it and how well you take care of it. In the instance that certain plants do not survive, we offer a 1 year plant replacement warranty. We can not assume all liability in plant replacement but will be more than happy to replace your plant at half the purchase cost of the original, plus installation. Unfortunately we can not guarantee annuals, perennials, roses, azaleas, rhododendron, or holly. We can not be liable for damage due to neglect, weather conditions, animals, over-watering, chemicals or improper pruning.

BRICK WARRANTY

Once your new brick has been installed the brick warranty will begin and be in effect for two years. The warranty assures that if the bricks shift within 2 years we will gladly come back and fix the installation. We are very confident in our brick installation process and assume you will not need this warranty.
